• I was able to guide and build and install our partner facilities from Network to Server requirements within budget and delivery time.
• Additional responsibilities: Establish long-range objectives, plans, and policies for the IT Department that are consistent with the company’s strategic and tactical plans. Manage the adoption and adaptation of emerging technologies to meet changing requirements, capabilities, and opportunities. Consult with senior management to analyze information system needs for functional operations, to determine feasibility, priorities of projects, system capacity, and strategic planning. Established a rolling 5-year technology plan that is aligned with the company’s strategic needs and outlooks. Recommend and implement plans for system hardware and software purchases, and budget. Oversee the implementation of network security and software compliance. Instituted procedures for documenting processes for future training, internal IT processes, and procedures. Provide initial and ongoing training to department personnel on IT-related equipment and software. Ensure effective time management, task prioritization, and on time delivery of IT projects. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key vendors. • Planned, managed, and executed a cross country plant move with little downtime to our partners and vendors.
• Rolled out new Service Desk System management with KACE SMA to run patching of Dell system and Windows OS.
• Replaced imaging software with KACE SDA
• Migrated Corporate users from On-Prem Exchange to O365 with SharePoint and Teams
