This was all part of the British government's efforts to establish trade relations in the region outside of the Southern African Economic Partnership Agreement (SADC EPA) post-Brexit. Additionally, I had the opportunity to oversee the user experience design (UI) team, the front-end development team, the back-end development team, and provide strategic input to the creative team. • Assisted a top-tier South African Bank in increasing engagement in their Enterprise Development program. I achieved this by developing an Account Based Marketing strategy, creating an editorial calendar for content management, growing a database of SMMEs that met the program's requirements, designing email templates, and implementing analytics reporting. Engagement in the program increased by an average of 60%.
