Jan. 2020 - Jul. 2021Princeton, New JerseyCore Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Identify, design and implement learning strategies, learning plans, programs and related activities relating to the field sales teams and operations of the OTT Sales Training Department. • Support the successful execution of sales training workshops, learning modules, touchpoints and other forms of content communication. • Collaborate with the Director and channel trainers in the generation and maintenance of training documents. • Provide a key knowledge base for commercial partners regarding the state of onboarding and sales training. • Learning technologies - responsible for design and development for all learning requests. This includes leading and partnering with channel training managers, marketing and other cross-functional partners on IntegraU and all future app-based learning platforms. • Onboarding - responsible for organizing onboarding programs in terms of development and process. This includes assisting live new hire on-boarding training to identify gaps in learning and offer suggestions to increase the skills of home office and field sales professionals. • Training event management- responsible for home study and workshop development to prepare the field sales teams for success at National Sales Training Meeting, regional meetings and new hire training classes.
• Vendor management- co-lead the identification, engagement and management of work completed by vendors for the sales training department.
• Budget monitoring and management - along with Director, Sales Training, manage specific aspects of annual budget, including reporting of monthly accruals within the department. • Assessment- along with other reporting and analysis duties, routinely interface with the managers/directors of other functions to conduct gap analyses, gaining a full understanding of the onboarding needs of new hires.
