Through our research, we have discovered the challenges that users face when trying to apply a coupon code, primarily because of the placement of the hidden terms and conditions. The Tokopedia product design team has used these findings to completely overhaul the front promo funnel journey. The improvement successfully addressed the user's confusion when applying the coupon. Researched and analyzed the market landscape for Tokopedia's Gaming voucher, Internet installation, and Streaming services product. Presented crucial insights into how users perceive and interact with digital products. The valuable insights have greatly aided the business team in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and consumer perception. This understanding has been instrumental in shaping the direction of our upcoming products.
