Aligned global marketing efforts and product launch strategy to maximize the new wholesale partnerships and drive customer acquisition. ▪ Built 3-year, multi-million-dollar sales and marketing strategy inclusive of budget, unit and dollar forecast to support national product launch in Nordstrom brick and mortar locations. ▪ Partnered with a vendor representative to develop sales and marketing strategy which secured the QVC relationship and led to the #1 top-performing on-air skincare launch. ▪ Instrumental in creating the retail sales product education program, and developed pos materials, education cards, product launch kits, monthly quarterly buyer boxes which drove product education and awareness and retail sales.
