The introduction of technology, digitisation and developing a talented and skilled workforce was central to growing the business to handle 100% of the claims for a major health insurer in Europe. Alongside commercial growth and advantageous disposals, I was proud that, in collaboration with my co-founder and our team, we developed the people, processes, and the technology to improve the individual prospects of our employees and enhanced Mauritius' capacity and reputation as a digitally-advanced location.

I became a partner in 1992. During this time, I established and developed new services and income streams for PwC.
