I am also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Kolos Cement Ltd, where I am an Independent Non Executive Director.

The introduction of technology, digitisation and developing a talented and skilled workforce was central to growing the business to handle 100% of the claims for a major health insurer in Europe.
Alongside commercial growth and advantageous disposals, I was proud that, in collaboration with my co-founder and our team, we developed the people, processes, and the technology to improve the individual prospects of our employees and enhanced Mauritius' capacity and reputation as a digitally-advanced location.

My partnership roles included 1) PwC EMEA BPO Leader for Financial Services Industry (based in London 2000-2002); 2) PwC Southern Africa Leader for Financial Services Industry – Audit, Tax, Advisory and Corporate Finance for South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe (based in Johannesburg 1996 - 2000); 3) PwC Ireland Leader for Risk Advisory Services and BPO (based in Dublin 2002-2004), 4) PwC Ireland Insurance and Banking Partner (1992-96), 5) PwC Ireland Public Sector Practice Leader (1990-96); Key to success was leading and motivating large dispersed teams to deliver their best in often challenging circumstances while managing relationships with a demanding and fast-growing portfolio of clients.
