Perpetuate multiple roadmaps and nexus between the various R&D engineering disciplines, and initiatives. Work across Engineering, Operations (Manufacturing), Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Inventory teams. Build and develop the R&D team, which include product owners, UX designers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, as well as software engineers. Develop scalable processes with the teams that enable increased productivity across the disciplinary teams. Define along with the teams what the measures of success are for specific feature releases. As well as discern where we need to improve.
