Gerhard Müller: The vibe is refreshing, modern, and not overly corporate. Loving it!Ben Köhler: Decent but takes time to find the right fit. You gotta tweak your profile a bit, but once it gets your vibe, the recommendations get way better. Still, some jobs feel kinda random.
Oliver Reichert: Clicked an Instagram ad as a joke, ended up with a real job. The universe works in weird ways. The interface is simple, and the job matches are better than I expected.Intch claims to replace linked in some way. Does anyone of you know it already? Just setup my profile. Look interesting. #intch #networkingCaroline: Tbh I was suspicious at first too, but I gave it a try and ended up finding a remote project that matched my skills. Still testing the waters, but looks promising so far
Mario: I've been using Intch for a few months now — definitely not a scam, but you need to be active. The value is in how you interactJimmy: so far good. cant complain.
Wanda van der Kade: Super easy to set up my profile, and I started getting job suggestions right away. I don't have time to scroll through dozens of job boards, so this saved me a lot of effort.
Dennis Hayes: Got charged for the annual plan by mistake and wasn't sure I'd get my money back. Contacted support, and they processed my refund in a few days. Took a bit longer than I'd like, but at least they handled it professionally.Way better than LinkedIn. Feels chill & modern.Raving about Intch, Inc:
A month ago, I stumbled upon Intch, a game-changer in the world of professional networking, and I'm so glad I did! Initially, I joined Intch to connect with tech founders seeking product management consultants.
The streamlined user experience has proven to be very sticky. I receive just 5 networking requests daily with descriptions of the requests, tailored to my profile—a perfect, digestible quantity.
Already, I've connected with incredible tech founders, sparking exciting collaborations. But what truly sets Intch apart is the Side Projects Challenge! Paired with two other users based on our profiles, we've been presented with 5 business ideas, leveraging our diverse skills and market trends. Exploring these ideas has been a great way to connect with innovative professionals.
If you're serious about networking and innovation, check out Intch, Inc!Caleb Morris: I started looking for remote work while backpacking, and this app is a lifesaver. It's optimized for mobile, no endless forms, just swipe, click, done. Found a UX gig while I was literally in a café in Chiang Mai. App makes it feel like job search isn't stressful.
Mason Ellis: The idea is great, but the AI suggestions need work. I got recommended a bunch of finance jobs while I'm clearly a copywriter. Eventually I posted a question and got two decent leads through that, so maybe the platform works better for networking than direct job search. Gonna stick around and see if things improve.Just wanna say: this app saved me from scrolling 900 job posts a day. The AI recs are 🔥 most of the time. Thumbs up.peter: Okay experience so far. I've landed a couple of gigs, but I feel that the site could do more to assist freelancers. The resources for improving profiles are limited. Pros: Some great listings. Cons: Need for more guidance for new users. I'm still hopeful for better resources in the future.
Lesly: It's okay, but could be better. I appreciate the variety of jobs, but communication with clients can be hit or miss (no notifications!!!)
Kathy: I've found a couple of opportunities, but it took weeks of tweaking my profile. Feels like the algorithm could use improvement.Raving about Intch, Inc:

If you're serious about networking and innovation, check out Intch, Inc!Didn't expect much. Got a remote job in 4 days. Wild.Intch is an amazing platform to connect people with the same interesting or they can create projects where multiple people can work together to achieve a goal. I'm just new here and in a few days I'm optimistic about it, even though the connection the application make for you for the same same goal.
For other people if you want to start a new project and want to collaborate with people on international level, just take a try and that is wat I can say about it.Love hate with Intch rn. Interface super nice and responsive. Found two decent projects but also got some irrelevant matches (I work in video production, stop sending me HR gigs). Fix the algo plz, rest is great tho.As a manager, I don't usually love job platforms. But I'll say this one's clean, quick, and surprisingly relevant. Got a few offers for operations roles, and the matching improved after I added some endorsementsTim: As a small business owner, Intch has been a game-changer for me. The sleek design and ease of use made it simple to post a listing for a project I needed help with. Within days, I got responses from qualified professionals, and I hired someone for a design job. The subscription price is worth it for the quality of talent I've found here.
Fillipo: Honestly, this app has made my job search so much smoother. The interface is simple but effective — no unnecessary features to distract you. What I really appreciate is how the leads are well-curated; I've had two interviews already, and both were relevant to my skills in marketing. For what it costs, the value is amazingIntch isn't justI needed a quick consultation on branding, so I put up a request. Within a day, I had responses from branding experts and marketers, and one person even offered a free 15-minute callAs a senior developer, I've found some interesting opportunities here. The app is simple to use, which I appreciate, but it could use better filters for job searches. Overall, it's good. Not gonna lie, I didn't get what the app was doing at first. The feed felt like random profiles, nothing special. But after adding a few of my old teammates as references, I started getting job leads that were actually interesting. The networking side is strong — better than what I expected.Paid after seeing like 5 ads on IG lol. Thought I'd regret it but honestly found 2 good leads. Plus the app is clean af, no junk everywhere. Worth it if you're activeDerek Hampton: Hired a marketing strategist for a product launch. The platform made it easy to connect with qualified candidates. I found the right fit within a week. Pros: Good selection of marketing professionals. Cons: Some profiles lack detail, so I had to message multiple people to get a better understanding of their experience.
Michael Berg: Needed a content writer for a few blog posts. Intch delivered quickly, and I was happy with the quality of the candidates. Would definitely use the platform again for writing projects.
JakeHoffman: I discover remote job opportunities I wouldn't have found elsewhere. It's not far from Linkedin but with less competitorship and more remote/part-time roles oriented...i swear i wasn't even planning to use it fr, just signed up bc a friend said “try it” — now i'm like HOW IS THIS ACTUALLY WORKING. got 3 intros that were super on point, and people actually reply, which is rare?? idk maybe i got lucky but it feels way more useful than half the stuff out there lol‼️ Calling on my LinkedIn network ‼️
If we’ve ever worked together—whether you were a supervisor, colleague, professor, or a fellow Mean Green student—I’d love your support!
I’ve recently started exploring Intch, a platform that connects marketers with real-world project opportunities. While I’m in transition and actively seeking my next marketing role, I’m using this time to grow, learn, and build experience wherever I can.
That’s where you come in! I’m asking for a quick verification of our past collaboration (think of it like a mini referral). It only takes a few minutes, and your feedback would mean the world to me.
Here’s what you’ll need to share:
✅ Your perspective on our work together (Intch provides an example)
✅ Your email (you can opt out of info sharing)
✅ Your current job title and employer
✅ First and last name
✅ A photo (optional—but your LinkedIn one is perfect!)
Once you submit, the verification will automatically be added to my profile.
Thank you in advance for your time, support, and encouragement. I’m truly grateful for everyone I’ve had the chance to work with!
Here’s the link:I'm web developer and signed up to look for part-time projects. The app's layout is simple and easy to use, but the job suggestions were all over the place. I was matched with roles in admin and HR, which aren't remotely related to my skills. After posting about my expertise, I did get a few relevant responses, but it took longer than I'd hoped. Intch seems to work better as a networking platform than as a job boardCathy Lawson: The support team is quick to help. I had an issue with a job post, reached out, and they resolved it the same day. Good service!
Brenda Mccurdy: I came here hoping to expand my network in finance. The response was decent and I've with a few senior managers who have given great advice.
Christine Oneal: I needed a quick consulting on branding, so I put up a request. Within a day, I had responses from branding experts and marketers, and one person even offered a free 15-minute call.I moved from the UK to Spain and was nervous about the job hunt. My Spanish is basic, and most platforms felt overwhelming. Intch let me showcase what I do without overcomplicating things. Found a remote gig in English within 10 days. Still keeping my eye on it, but so far it's working well.Marcus: Had doubts, but the app's focus on recommendations is unique. A few ppl even offered feedback on my portfolio, which I really needed. Solid.
Matthieu: Intch is great for building meaningful connections. I've joined some engaging discussions with entrepreneurs and learned a lot
Logan Drew: Support impressed me! They resolved my billing issue in less than a day. The app is simple but delivers what it promises. Some roles don't match perfectly, but it's still one of the better platforms for finding flexible workCustomer: So happy I joined I've discovered some really exciting projects. The community is super supportive too!
Julia Evans: Great for finding remote projects love the focus on remote work. It's been a lifesaver for my career.Gilbert Barber: Found a few solid graphic designers for a branding project. The candidates were all skilled, but the application process could have been smoother. It's a solid option for hiring creatives, but there's room for improvement.
Dima Polev: Needed a project manager with specific industry experience. I posted the job, and while it took a few days to find the right person, the platform provided enough options. The process was a bit slower than I hoped, but the end result was good. Pros: Diverse talent pool. Cons: Slow candidate response.customer: Mixed results here. Some job listings are fantastic, but others seem lacking in detail. It's hit or miss, and I'd appreciate more transparency from employers.
Margaret Stone: Great for networking! I've made some valuable connections, though I wish there were more events to attend. For someone my age, finding tech roles can be tough, but Intch has helped me stay in the loop. The design is clean, and the recommendations are decent.Alex Reye: I joined Intch to find freelance writing gigs, and while it's not as intuitive as other platforms, it got the job done. I posted about my services, and within a week, I had two leads. One turned into a short-term project, which paid well. The app's focus on recommendations is a nice touch—it adds a layer of trust that you don't always get on other platforms. My only issue is that the job search can feel limited; there aren't as many listings as I'd like. That said, the quality of the leads I found made up for it
Lennon Garcia: 😍 Intch is a decent app for networking. I connected with a former colleague and even got some advice on transitioning careers. 👏 The job offers, however, need better curation—too many unrelated ones. Hoping they improve over time.TikTok video reviewing the Intch website.CHECK OUT INTCHExcited to announce that my Intch, Inc account is now up and running! #Canva #CanvaDesignerKris: Okay, so I saw an Insta ad at 2 AM, signed up expecting another job board disaster, but... lowkey surprised.
First off, the UI is clean—no clutter, no weird pop-ups. The algorithm actually does its job. At first, the matches were meh, but after tweaking my profile and adding recommendations, I started getting relevant offers. No ‘Senior Engineer’ roles when I'm a PM.
Had a login issue (okay, I forgot my password), and support replied fast like, under an hour. No endless email chains, just straight-up help.
And the best part? Actually landed a remote job. No 10-page cover letters, no recruiter spam, just applied, got a response, got hired. If you're over the usual job-hunting struggle, this app is worth a shot. Just set up your profile right trust me, it makes a difference
Rumi: Finally, a job app that doesn't make me fill out 10 forms before I even see a listing. Just straight to the point
Stasey: Had a billing issue and expected the usual ‘wait 5-7 business days’ nonsense, but nope—support got back to me the same day and fixed it. Actually impressed. Wish more platforms handled things this smoothlyDeel Backs AI Matchmaking Job Startup Intch Secures $1.2M With Over 500K Users
Quick Take: Community of over 500K users across 140+ countries.Keirnan: I’ve been on the platform for a few weeks, and while I appreciate the clean design, I didn’t find the job matches very relevant. I’m a data analyst, and most of the roles I was shown were in marketing or sales. Hopefully, the algorithm improves over time.
Dave Harrison: The app has definitely improved a lot. At first, I wasn’t sure about the job suggestions, but in the past month, things have really picked up. I’m seeing more roles that actually match my skills now. Also, the support team is super responsive – any issue I had was solved in no timeI’ve been looking for a full-time role for a while, and Intch actually helped me land one. Most freelance platforms are too focused on quick projects, but I was able to connect with someone here who had a long-term opportunity. It took a bit, but the results were worth it.Gven: App works well, but I wish there were more personalized job recommendations. Still, it’s better than other platforms
Rug: I love the minimalist vibe. It’s easy to swipe through connections or jobs without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, support is super quick if you ever need help. Worth it 100%Hi everyone, I am excited to share that I've joined , a new service platform as a freelancer and 'Gig' worker. ! #Freelancer #ProjectManagement #IntchInc #ProgramManagementMarcel Dupont: Finally, a job platform that doesn’t feel like a chore to use. The minimalist design is great, and the AI recommendations are surprisingly accurate. I’ve already landed a part-time role and connected with a few potential collaborators
Monica: Using Intch has been a mixed bag, but mostly positive. I got a great freelance opportunity through the platform, but it took a while to find something relevant. The search tool works well, but more filters would make it even betterHectorsaenz: Great product design
Thanks!
Rod_Sp35: Top notch
Excelente app para buscar crecer tus oportunidadesThis new AI job finder tool called Intch is pretty cool, it is for IC to Executive, from startup to large enterprise, from part-time to full-time work, and from investor to investee.
Granted it is a MVP (minimum viable product) but still has rich features.

Okay platform overall. Some listings vague.Seems great so far, will update if I run into issues. Don't expect to be able to browse unlimited opportunities, this is not a job board.Landing Jobs through Intch

Good app, clear and direct communication with the recruitment market.Eventhough I was not able to obtain the benefits I expected, I did find the app to be extremely usefull for networking opportunities and job offers.i joined intch mostly out of curiosity after seeing it on insta, didn’t expect much tbh. but i ended up liking the whole vibe — it doesn’t feel like another boring job board. setup was super quick, and after getting a couple of recs from friends, i started getting actual decent project offers.
i like that you don’t have to write endless bios or chase recruiters — people just reply if they’re interested. it’s way less stressful than other platforms. totally worth it for the price.Liking this platform so far.

(beginner-friendly)Scrolling is overrated
Scrolling is overrated, tbh. Intch's AI just shows me 10 jobs a day that actually make sense for my skills. No fluff, no nonsense. Found a cool project in UX design last week. This is how job hunting should be.I recently created a profile for myself on the Intch platform.

I've been in project management for over 20 years and tried many platforms. What I appreciate about Intch is the simplicity it doesn't overwhelm you with too many steps. I was hesitant about the subscription fee, but in hindsight, the cost is reasonable considering how quickly I connected with serious leads.Hello friends, I hope you are all well and in good health. If you have had the opportunity to work directly with me, please be kind enough to verify my account on intch at https://lnkd.in/dn3kAY8S. I truly appreciate this, as it would greatly assist me in securing new projects. Thank you very much! 🌟Jeffrey: Okay
Okay, this app actually gets me. I didn't want some high-pressure full-time grind, and I found a remote role that's laid-back but pays well
Tobias: Had a minor issue with a job listing
Had a minor issue with a job listing, so I contacted support. They resolved it the same day and even followed up to make sure everything was okay. Great service, but the reporting feature could be more intuitiveRaemarie Bellamy: I posted about looking for part-time marketing work, and within a few days, I got a handful of replies form companies looking for flexible hires. I wasn't expecting such relevant leads so fast — really impressed with the quality here.
kimberley chaddeo: I've used a lot of job apps, and one thing that sets Intch apart is how it matches you with relevant projects. I'm a freelance software developer, and I usually find it hard to get long-term gigs on typical freelance platforms. But on Intch, I posted about looking for remote work, and within a week, I got connected a company looking for a part-time developer. The project is ongoing, and it fits my schedule perfectly.Getting the job done. Meeting new people apps were never my thing. I'm definitely not the type. I'm task-oriented. I just got on here for the requests, the ability to get things done with the help of others. One thing led to another and I'm exchanging with a few people like me on here. Funny how things turn out sometimes.Very interesting app, I have never seen such an app before, really the best for your experience or business promotion tool in the world.Good source of opportunitiesGreat app so far, I just started using it. Few hiccups on linking LinkedIn (shows my profile but nothing happens, when I click anywhere), but I'm very pleased how it flows, the UX is clean and captivating, features are good, and I'm sure will be expanded. Always good to have tools to expand the network of people and knowledge. Keep up the good work Intch!I think Intch is getting better 👍🏼
Keep it up 👍🏼I work as a product designer, and it was quite easy to find projects on this platform (on web version rather than mobile one) I highly recommend it – definitely worth the investment. It's important for me to spend time working, not searching for workGood experience so farI appreciate any platform that makes the job search process less draining. Intch isn't perfect I think some listings could be better described but I've found two short-term consulting roles already. The support team was helpful when I had trouble updating my billing info, and that goes a long way.Mid-level frontend dev here. Used Intch mostly out of curiosity, ended up finding a React project for a fashion startup. Super chill team, async work. Love that it doesn't feel corporate.5 stars

While I haven't found a job yet, I'm already enjoying the user-friendly interface and the platform's non-intrusive job search format.
James Wilson: At first, I had trouble navigating Intch because I didn't realize I needed to scroll through the entire list to see all the opportunities. Once I figured out that scrolling to the end of the list updates the options, it made finding relevant positions much easier.Love the logic so far, I will need time to give meaningful feedback. This version maintains the core message while using a more formal tone and including additional hashtags to increase reach.Daniel: Honestly, at first I wasn't sure if Intch was the right platform for me. I'm a designer and wasn't getting the kind of jobs I wanted, but after I added some recommendations from old colleagues, the job offers got better. Now I've got way more connections, and it feels like I'm more visible to the right people.
Isabella Wilson: I've been looking for a job for quire a while because most of the responses just don't answer you. And we're in a silent recession anyway. So I'm really glad I came across inch, it helped me with my search.It's... okay. The vibe is better than most apps, more modern and lighter. But I got matched with like 3 irrelevant offers in the beginning, so that was frustrating. Thanks for you feedback. I did all of a sudden last week get a few notifications. None via email and then I assume these messages you sent me would also notify me of the messages coming through. Alas it started then went radio silence. Have had none since then. I had a conference call with a user this week and we had a discussion on the issues we had both had and could see there were teething issues. Otherwise a great app and using Ai it definitely has the ability to put a huge dent in linked in ‘s market stronghold. I do see there is some ability to take users info from linked in which is a great plus.
I am currently also consulting with a local recruiting business here in South Africa so the fundamentals have got great legs. Growth is key.Par Stéphane L.: Honestly was tired of outdated sites. Intch surprised me with fresh design, easy setup, and relevant matches (I'm a data analyst). Could use more listings but promising start.
LUCIA J.: Saw people complaining online but tbh I had opposite experience. Got matched to 3 relevant projects in UX/UI design pretty quick. Easy enough to use, no major complaints here. 🤷♀️I am hopeful that Intch might lead to paid work, I am yet to see that happen but the interface looks good and I remain positive!Great concept, takes networking and job posting and searching one, or two, steps beyond!!
I really like their proposal, I think is even innovative. I am new at using it but I think it will serve well my purposes. I will get more and more time into it for sure.Been using Intch for about two months, and while it’s not perfect, it has its highlights. I really like how quick it is to set up a profile and get started—it didn’t feel like a hassle at allPROFILEWasn’t sure if this was legit, but the support team replied to my question in like 20 minutes. That made me feel safe using it. Still figuring out how to get better leads though. Not gonna lie, I’ve tried a lot of platforms—LinkedIn, job boards, random Telegram channels—but most of them are either outdated or full of noise. What I like here is the focus: everything feels curated and relevant. I didn’t have to scroll for hours to find something useful. Also, the fact that it’s mobile-first is a huge win—I literally applied to three jobs while waiting for my coffee. Bonus points for how clean and easy the interface is.Easy to use app. So far so good, no issues yet. Recommending too many sales jobs and too many permanent positions as opposed to freelance marketing roles.Montserrat Pou: Eventhough I was not able to obtain the benefits I expected, I did find the app to be extremely usefull for networking opportunities and job offers.
Adriano Palmieri: Great app so far, I just started using it. Few hiccups on linking LinkedIn (shows my profile but nothing happens, when I click anywhere), but I'm very pleased how it flows, the UX is clean and captivating, features are good, and I'm sure will be expanded. Always good to have tools to expand the network of people and knowledge. Keep up the good work Intch!I have had a great experience using this platform sofar. I found companies that I couldn't find on other job platforms (or at least I haven't seen these jobs somewhere lese). The customer service team is excellent , always answering my questions and helping me out.For Fractional Leaders Intch, Inc is a great spot. Have you looked into it?Кънт: Networking tool at it’s best

It’s early days, in fact first day using this
I’ve had what seems like 2 relevant opportunities so far (I’m offering exec coaching and product consultancy)
That seems pretty good for the first day
I am seeing a lot of other opportunities which are not relevant so I’m hoping the system learns who to match me with in terms of who I can help

Link:Is Intch a LinkedIn killer?
Everyone's talking about Intch, Inc by Yakov Filippenko 🔥
This is a new way to meet professionals online. But can it really take the place of LinkedIn?
Intch offers a new style, making it easy to chat & connect right away. LinkedIn has been around for a long time, helping us share our work experience and find jobs.
So, can Intch really be better?
It might be too soon to say, but it's exciting to see what will happen:)
What do you think? Could Intch become your go-to for professional networking?
#Intch #LinkedIn #ProfessionalNetworking #JobHunting #careergrowth #business #social #socialmedia #network #people #team #job #newjob #jobpostingsI like that the subscription price isn’t insane. I’ve paid way more for platforms that delivered way less. I’m a translator, and Intch helped me connect with two agencies looking for EN-PT specialists. Interface could be prettier, but functionally it’s solid.Still learning to navigate the interface.https://lnkd.in/dQeZRYw7

#intch #networkingA bit addictive))) Alriiight! I need a break once in a while coz I find it addictive! I easily get into a frenzy of going over requests))) Great stuffScot Barnett: Fantastic platform I’ve landed multiple jobs in just a few weeks. The variety of projects is impressive and keeps things interesting. The community vibe is positive, making it a great place to network and collaborate with others. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.
customer N: Decent platform for tech freelancers. We’ve hired a few backend engineers and have had good experiences overall. The platform could use more filtering options by years of experience and certifications, but it works for most tech roles.customer: Good variety of projects available
customer: Good app, clear and direct communication with the recruitment market.
Miracle Kelechi: Needs work, but a good job search app
Their customer care has reached out to me. There are gaps in their tech and things they can improve but overall a good app for job searchAshley Uolt: I don’t usually trust app reviews, but I decided to try Intch after hearing about it from a friend. Turns out, it’s actually legit. The vibe is way more laid-back than LinkedIn but still professional.
Alexa Mert: I honestly don’t have time to scroll through endless listings, and Intch gets that. The AI suggests jobs based on my skills and preferences, and I’ve found a few really good ones already. Way better than wasting hours on other platformsThanks Laurie Marchese and Amy Robnik Joob for your reviews on my new Intch, Inc profile !

#intch #networkingAndrew Pearce: The scrolling experience is such a win. Everything’s visually appealing and the app feels fast. Support was also incredibly helpful when I had questions about billing.
Robert Richardson: I’m web developer and signed up to look for part-time projects. The app’s layout is simple and easy to use, but the job suggestions were all over the place. I was matched with roles in admin and HR, which aren’t remotely related to my skills. After posting about my expertise, I did get a few relevant responses, but it took longer than I’d hoped. Intch seems to work better as a networking platform than as a job boardFinding the right jobIntch has potential, but it’s still in the early stages. Please share your ideas: I think the app is great.
1. It would be awesome to have an option to save posts (besides marking irrelevant or replying at that moment).
2. Also, for some reason I can get a sharing link for this post, but couldn’t get one for an opportunity I was interested in sharing with someone else, is that by design? Or do companies choose if you can share their post?

#intch #networkingAI is currently reshaping social relations. Over the next few years, we'll witness a significant transformation in several vital sectors, particularly the labor market. The traditional paradigm will shift towards a fractional approach and alternative forms of employment. There are some startups in my portfolio which are already developing new tools for such future of work, like Intch, Inc (keep an eye on them). In my new Forbes column, I discuss these transformative changes.Augusto Do Carmo: Seems very good so far l
Douglas Ryce: Good experience so farMore job opportunities with direct chat to employers
I am able to explore more job opportunities which are not posted in other job portals; also provides automatic matching of available jobs based on my profile; and also provide a way to communicate directly to the hiring party.I am a designer, I worked in several companies, but not big names like Apple, so it was not so easy for me to find a job when layoffs happened (yes, they happen not only in big companies)
So I tried different freelance platforms, but they are too focused on project work and I was looking for something more long-term (several part-time or one full-time job). I was looking for a job for about 5 months and finally found it, thanks to a contact I got on Intch. So I am happy.Andrew Rich: I'm trying a new networking platform in my job search: Intch, Inc . Kudos to mind behind the app.I already know of one that has just launched (Intch) and another one coming out of hiding in the v near future. You're not alone, but possibly late 😄Professional platform for all.Robert: As a small business owner, I use this app for both hiring and networking. It’s decent for finding candidates, though the quality can vary. Some profiles are very thorough, but others don’t provide enough detail. Still, it saves time compared to traditional job boards
William: After months of searching for a marketing position, I finally found a role through this app. The platform is so intuitive, and the fact that I can get personalized job recommendations based on my profile saved me hours. It is an interesting change to social media, more focused around networking and business developmentIntchChoosing a profession in the Intch app.So easy to use As a newbie in freelancing, I found my first gig in no time. Intch made it a breeze!Anyone that I’m talking to has diverse views about #networking — it’s not necessarily a positive viewpoint 🥴
How do you feel about networking? 🤔
The word itself feels fake to some people... so I’m renaming networking to ‘netsharing’ - the concept of networking to share. Yes it may lead to connection that brings 💰 however, it can also be a sharing of energy, ideas, connections and so much more.
I’ve been busy going to professional meetings like #WIBN, #BNI alliance, #homegrown and still continue to make wonderful new friendships and partnerships.
I’m also trialling a new way of netsharing via online app call #intch .... I’ve no opinion of it yet. I’m curious and open...

Happy Saturday. I’m hoping to harness the power of this community. As most of you know I’m passionate about the launch of AdminAlly Inc. and the work we do for our clients.

Moris Johns: I recommend intch.
I've had a very positive experience with intch so far and look forward to working with them more. I even participated in the customer success interview. I recommend intch to any HR professional looking to expand their business into countries where they don't have subsidiaries.
Miracle Kelechi: Needs work, but a good job search app
Their customer care has reached out to me. There are gaps in their tech and things they can improve but overall a good app for job searchUsed it while commuting and honestly, loved that I didn't need to sit at my laptop to search. The swipe style's fun and actually makes me wanna check in daily. The only downside? Some jobs are super vague.Hi Yakov,
We work with startups and I came across your product - tried the app today - amazing idea but some bits to keep in mind:
1. When associating LinkedIn profiles, the listing of past jobs is made in alphabetical order and not in LinkedIn order, which gives a task to the user;
2. The Add Verifier conditions the peer to validate the profile, specifically asking the peer to make a profile, which is incorrect from a user perspective because it asks a lot of questions, defying the purpose of verifying me;
3. The criteria for choosing expertise and interests could be massively improved.🚀 #Founders !

So many possibilities exist on this new platformSaw a job I liked, applied in 2 clicks. That's rare.Is the job search frustrating and exhausting? I have another way: reach out if you need assistance with your job search. The platform is quite easy to use, but the selection of candidates could be more thorough. I've met a few freelancers who didn't seem as experienced as their profiles would suggest. This is still a decent option for hiring, but it takes extra effort to find the right candidate. And so, to be honest, everything seems to be superAs a graphic designer, I’m always skeptical about new platforms. But this one actually impressed me. The design is simple, no unnecessary clutter—just quick access to relevant jobs. I’ve used other job boards before, but they’re always full of random listings that have nothing to do with design. Here, I’m seeing roles that fit my expertise, and I can actually apply without jumping through hoops. The job recommendations also feel personalized based on what I’ve posted in my profile. Definitely sticking aroundnsashaasash: found job there 🥳
not a big fan of messages prefer to live in my introverted world. so it’s a good app for finding remote job especially in digital
suyongnuo: Thank you
It was great to read a lot of opportunities job around the world, hopefully someday i will get one, which match with my competencies, hobby and passion.Great selection of opportunitiesI accidentally subscribed to the wrong plan and reached out for a refund. Support was quick to reply, but they told me the refund wasn’t possible due to their policy. While I understand the rules, it would bee nice to have some flexibility for genuine mistakesEthan Carter: It’s okay. The UI is clean, but some job matches were a lil off at first. Had to tweak my profile and recommendations to get better ones. Solid option, but def could use more listings.
Jacob Miller: Not bad at all. Was skeptical, but the app is pretty intuitive. Found a work-from-home deal in like two weeks. It’s not magic, you still gotta do the work, but at least it’s not a waste of time like some other sites. The design is slick and modern. I just wish there was a better way to sort jobs by time zone — I get offers from places I can’t really work with. But other than that, it’s really polished.Reply to JaneyDelinger1998's comment: I want a remote job but can't find like a place to try and get one...
LOOKING FORIntchI have been using Intch more than a year, great app. I hope they will move to native IOS language for IOS app, sometimes app is bit slowI work in digital marketing and haven't seen an office in about 5 years. It's more convenient to find projects remotely and work from anywhere, thanks to my visa and conditions allowing it. I tested a lot of job platforms and I hate writing numerous emails to apply for jobs. On Itnch it's easier, you make a post and let AI find the right things. #intch #networkingHayden: I was looking for a chill job that wouldn't ruin my day, and Intch actually helped. Found a remote gig where I barely need to show up on Zoom calls, lol. The app design is simple, and I didn't feel overwhelmed by endless listings. Big win for lazy job hunters
Evans: The UI is clean, modern, and not overloaded with useless features. Everything is simple, and I found it super easy to navigate. Filtering jobs is straightforward, and I don't feel like I'm digging through endless irrelevant listings.Caroline Douglas: Literally found my new remote job while sitting in a café. Didn’t even feel like job hunting, just scrolled a bit, sent a few messages, and got a response. This is how it should be
Dennis Kreman: The design is so clean, feels more like a social app than a job board. Searching for work doesn’t feel like a chore, which is a huge win in my book. Could use a few more industries, but overall, solid experience
Mark: Didn’t expect much when I signed up, but the matches actually make sense. Found a part-time role that fits my schedule perfectly. Honestly, love how smooth the whole thing is. No nonsense, just jobs
Marc: I used to dread job hunting, but this makes it so much smoother. The UI is intuitive, the job matches feel curated, and it doesn’t feel like a chore. Finally, a platform that doesn’t make you hate the processHi!
Intch is a very interesting tool to find the contacts you need. For me it’s the unique solution - it’s using my phone contacts to help me find friends & friends of friends for my specific request (HR request, consultation request, etc).
Also it’s always fun to help others there.Very nice and handy interface
User interface is simple and dashboard is very informativeI'm using the Intch platform, it's a social network focused on the job market like LinkedIn, with a greater focus on connecting professionals and professional connections focused on entrepreneurship.
If you have at any time had the opportunity to work with me, either as a colleague, superior or subordinate, access the link on the platform and connect to me on the Intch platform.
Thank you, team!
https://lnkd.in/eNBBdgj3I’m based in Brazil and speak mostly Portuguese, and I was surprised to see a decent amount of roles in my language. That’s rare! Found one freelance opportunity already.check out intchChris_Clarkokmi: Good app for career
Sometimes I see very random suggestions but mostly it's good. I like that there are enough people (and experts) on the app that I get replies to my questions pretty quickly.
TechTrailblazeX890: Better than other networks
Highly recommend for professional networking.
J0ng@hrt: Experience
The app could be a big help to expand our business exposure anywhere.
11Moriarty: Would recommend
Highly satisfied with the consultation received
DanielMoore3949390: Helpful
I installed the app by an ad. A day after that I saw requests from two of my former colleagues. Seems pretty popular
AlexJohnson92: Good featerues
The app's requests feature has been incredibly helpful for my business. Thanks 😃
BrianTaylor28: Just signed up today
One of my coworker uses intch to side hustle. So giving it a try
EmilyDavis33: Very good
Found the perfect candidate for my team through this app. Highly satisfied.
Lilia_tevis: Deal with multiple tasks
Can help to find investors, mentors or side projectsMuhammad Asif Anwar: Very interesting app, I have never seen such an app before, really the best for your experience or business promotion tool in the world.
Gerhard Furter: Very intuitive!I honestly downloaded Intch cause I saw an ad and thought meh, might as well. I'm a marketing generalist, so I wasn't expecting anything super targeted, but the recs were actually solid. I found a remote role in 2 weeks, which is more than I can say for the 3 months I spent on LinkedIn. I also really like that I can check everything from my phone—feels way more casual, less overwhelming. Plus, support replied when I had an issue with my profile and fixed it fast. Def worth it imo.Brands and Leaders both have a viable business need to present access to their public facing personas via social media. COVID and last 3 presidential election cycles in the US have revealed that LIMITING and being CAREFUL about WHICH platforms for SPECIFIC content are critical decisions.
Ignore my color commentary as emotion/adjectives to see the truth and we see these realities:
• Facebook is NOT for ENTERPRISE business but PERFECT for main street/ brick and mortar retail
• Twitter (Never calling it X) is a stream of moronic consciousness force feeding of irrelevant algorithmic noise completely masking any brand or personality posts
• TikTok is NOT for ENTERPRISE or PROFESSIONAL personalities and is influencer / short term attention maximization gimmicks where advertising your retail or latest food fad products is the only value for brands
Where does this leave us? LinkedIn?
• LinkedIn - since the Microsoft acquisition - has stagnated horribly and spiraled into a haven for the same 5 AI LLM generated scripts to pitch us services or fill our calendars with meetings to be sold or sell - like it or not - WE MUST ALL BE ON LINKEDIN TO BE SEEN AS GLOBALLY LEGITIMATE
LinkedIn competitors WORTH our time to MIRROR our LinkedIn presence and posts:
• SI Network - Systems Innovation Network = if you are a technical executive or CEO in the STEM and TECH spaces - this is a MUST JOIN. For COMPLEX SYSTEMS THEORY PRACTITIONERS - this is our home
• Intch - Pro Grade Consulting Gig Economy - Intch connects top professionals with businesses for part-time roles at a third of the cost
What about higher frequency more personal content?
PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS in near-real time help Brands and Leaders personify their value to wider audiences AND builds credibility with the audience through statements of authority via posts.
• BLUESKY is the PROFESSIONAL, DE-CENTRALIZED, OPEN SOURCE platform we ALL deserve and need.... and is OPEN to the public now. Here are 5 things you an entry level & mid career level professional can do to elevate your career in 2025
1. Truthfully Evaluate if what you’re doing is what God has called you to do in your life : doing this allows you to get closer to living your true calling. I’m saying quit the job that pays you because it doesn’t align with your calling ; I’m saying start working and practicing your calling . Like I was when I worked a job many year ago and still volunteered with local youth groups
2. Invests in continuous leaning :
as accepting you don’t know everything will be more beneficial for you and your career
3. Build a Personal Brand Online:
Create or polish your LinkedIn profile, showcasing key accomplishments, projects, and skills. For entry-level professionals, share your learning journey; for mid-career, focus on expertise and thought leadership through posts or articles.
4. Seek Out Mentors and Networks:
Connect with professionals in your field through networking events, online communities, or industry groups. A mentor can offer guidance, and a strong network can open doors to opportunities.
5. Leverage Remote Work and Global Opportunities:
Explore remote roles or international projects that expand your experience and diversify your skills. This could be through freelancing platforms eg Upwork , Fiveer or start freelancers your service with local organizations or use projects based app like IntchHi everyone, I am excited to share that I've subscribed to Intch, Inc, a new services platform that offers freelancer and 'Gig' work. Dive into the details through my Intch link below!
Thanks in advance! For someone my age, finding tech roles can be tough, but Intch has helped me stay in the loop. The design is clean, and the recommendations are decent.Finley Watts: I’m not actively job hunting I already run my own small agency. But I started using Intch to find contractors and bounce ideas around. The layout’s clean, and I like that I don’t need to spend 10 minutes writing a message. Just straight to the point. Got one solid marketing hire already.
Wanda Simmons: Joined because I kept seeing ads and figured — why not. The first few days were rough, with listings that didn’t match at all. But once I added 2 recs and changed some of the tags on my profile, the feed actually got way more relevant. Soooo I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but better than expected.Love the logic so far, I will need time to give meaningful feedback. However, the potential is immense, its about knowing how to use the platform effectively.I’m UX/UI designer, it’s important to me to work on projects that challenge and excite me. I was connected with several startup founders on Intch. I currently work with two of them part-time
PS As UX/UI designer I see some things that could be improved on the website and app, but overall it works so it's ok.There are a lot of job listings that I haven’t seen on other websites. I/m using only the web version, it’s good. 10/10Serg Volen: A bit addictive))) Alriiight! I need a break once in a while coz I find it addictive! I easily get into a frenzy of going over requests))) Great stuff
Claire Dumich: I paid the premium sub, but nothing happens, it said I don't have account and suggests to create new one and pay again. P. S. Guys in support service were super attentive and helped me out with everything.rossanthosh: Try useful for networking
I have tried Intch and it’s a very useful way to network with people of your interest and expertise

This is going to be super great app for networking purposesHarrison: the app is nice to use while relaxing, but it’s not quite there yet. i’ve had a few technical issues, like jobs disappearing from my saved list. support was quick to help, but the issue keeps coming back. it’s okay for networking, but i wouldn’t rely on it for serious job hunting just yet
Peter: I love how I can casually browse jobs while relaxing with my coffee. It’s perfect for those moments when you don’t want to stress about searching. I had to reach out to support once about a payment issue, and they handled it quickly and professionally
alex: Nice layout! The design is clean and makes it easy to find what I need. I appreciate that a lot 🔥I was today years old when I realized job hunting doesn’t have to be pain. Signed up, did minimal effort, and still found something decent. Love that for me.Great for freelancers. Found a few good gigs.Friedrich: The app is straightforward and doesn’t waste my time with irrelevant listings. Remote life just got way easier

Max: Okay, so it’s not perfect, but at least it’s not spammy like some other sites. I get a daily batch of jobs that are mostly relevant. Just wish there were more detailed descriptions on some listings
Veronika: Was looking for something new and this app kinda surprised me. The UI is super clean, not overloaded with buttons everywhere. Finding jobs is actually enjoyable, which I can’t say about most other platforms. Filtering could be a bit better tho
bPT BAH: Had an issue with a job listing that seemed off, reported it, and support handled it within hours. They even followed up to make sure everything was okay. Scott Tom: I was bored and signed up, and it’s actually decent. 🤷♀️ Found a part-time project in 2 weeks. But bro… the UI is mid and could use a glow-up. Still, it gets the job done, so I’m not mad.Charlie Brown: As a digital nomad, finding remote work is key for me. Not every app has cool features, but Intch caught my eye. After a few weeks of scrolling, I found some great projects and even got an offer.
Jane Clarkson: Intch is a great for finding backend jobs. The matching works well. The app could be faster, but it’s okay.
Liam Brown: I ended up finding a different job, but I was impressed by the number of opportunities on Intch. Occasionally, I came across some positions that were already closed, but most were still open for applications. Here is the link: https://lnkd.in/d4T_UYr5Good platform for finding contacts in the starup world. However, the algorithm needs work to show more relevant jobs directly based on my profile. It started to show relevant opportunities only after a week or two. It`s a decen start, but room for improvement. To all my "newly independent" artists, who are realizing that they have to start marketing themselves and want some help - use this link or DM me.Found a gig during my coffee break. Literally. The current job market in the UK is incredibly tough, competition is fierce, and many talented individuals are finding themselves at the mercy of an increasingly automated and impersonal recruitment process. I'm not surprised to hear that 33% of candidates would be less likely to use #brand’s products or services in the future following a poor recruitment experience, while 38% would share their poor experience with friends and family (Source: Reed). I was recently in the job market and my stats were the following:
- 110 Applications submitted
- 60 Applications ghosted
- 32 Email rejections with BS feedback
- 18 1st round Interview invites
- 8 Ghosted after 1st round Interview
- 5 2nd round interview invites
- 2 Finished in the top 2 behind internal candidates
These numbers tell a story many of us know all too well. #Job searching has become a marathon, not a sprint, and the experience candidates go through can deeply affect their wellbeing and how they view brands too. Here are my learnings/thoughts:
👻 #Ghosting is a prevalent issue, but BS feedback can be even worse. Candidates invest time, effort, and hope into their applications, and they deserve more than generic, impersonal responses.
🤖 There are plenty of #AI tools out there designed to help you optimize your CV and navigate the hiring algorithms - I recommend Kickresume . But: your network is key. Building relationships and leveraging connections on LinkedIn can open more doors.
🔨 Recruitment agencies have become more essential than ever, especially when navigating complex markets. They can offer valuable insights, access to hidden job markets, and guidance.Very nice app interface, we will see if its benefit for me/company :)I’m excited to share with you a new app InTch .
So many possibilities exist on this new platformPOV:"Intch"can make your network a superpower to grow your business. It can build real connections and become a business alliance by helping verified community members in a simple and gamified way.Ella Reed: I don’t have the patience for long job apps, and this one gets it. No endless forms, no ‘upload your resume and also type everything manually’ nonsense. Just pick what you do, and boom, matches start rolling in. Love that.
Charles Bennett: Good concept, but took a while before I got jobs that made sense for me. At first, it felt like throwing darts blindfolded, but after I added recommendations, it actually started working. Not perfect, but def better than some other apps.
Emily Jones: Lowkey thought this was gonna be another job app scam, but nah, it’s actually solid. The AI job matches? Kinda 🔥, not gonna lie. Way less effort than LinkedIn, which is W.Delilah Graham: Was hesitant to subscribe, but it’s actually been worth it. I’ve connected with solid companies, and the networking features make it more than just a job platform. Would love to see even more job categories added.
ANNE GLOVER: love that I don’t have to scroll endlessly to find relevant jobs. The AI suggestions actually make sense, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting time. The app feels fresh and different from the usual job boards.
Emma L.: Signed up thinking I’d dip after a week, but the AI actually gets my job prefs. It’s
giving ✨algorithm that actually works✨Lennart Koets: This app is dangerously convenient. Woke up, scrolled for like 5 mins while in bed. applied to a job, and BOOM—got a response later that day. I wish all job apps were
this smooth. No corporate cringe, just straight to the point.
Dominic Mitchell: Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this app feels so much more chill than other job sites. It’s giving no stress vibes. No 50-question applications, just straight to finding something that fits. Just wish there were more creative jobs tho.
Grace Hughes: Was half asleep, saw an ad for this, signed up, and now I got a remote job I actually vibe with. The AI recs are scarily accurate. Thought it was cap at first, but nah, it’s legit. 10/10 would job hunt in bed again.I was just lurking at first. Then one day I posted a short intro, and boom — 5 DMs. Landed a contract role with a fintech team. UI is crisp, feels like Gen Z made it.Great app so far, I just started using it. Few hiccups on linking LinkedIn (shows my profile but nothing happens, when I click anywhere), but I'm very pleased how it flows, the UX is clean and captivating, features are good, and I'm sure will be expanded. Always good to have tools to expand the network of people and knowledge. Keep up the good work Intch! How to find remote jobs to do from anywhere!
INTCHOkay experience. Found a developer, but the search process was a bit frustrating. Filters could be better.TO WORKJoyce Fung: Good selection of jobs. I found some interesting projects, but the response time from clients can be slow sometimes. It would be nice if they could improve on that aspect. Overall, it's a decent platform for job seekers.
Vadim Laptev: The platform is quite easy to use, but the selection of candidates could be more thorough. I've met a few freelancers who didn't seem as experienced as their profiles would suggest. This is still a decent option for hiring, but it takes extra effort to find the right candidate. And so, to be honest, everything seems to be superIntchKleo: ok hot take: i think intch works WAY better than traditional platforms IF you’re proactive. like you gotta actually talk to ppl and offer help too. it’s not just ‘sit and wait’ thing. once i started doing that i got more leads than 3 months on linkedin 😫
Rita: “Finally something that doesn’t feel like cold DMs
Ross: Not perfect, but better than most networking apps I’ve triedHow do you even find remote jobs?
on IntchI had an issue with my subscription and needed a refund. Reached out to support, and they were super helpful! They resolved it within 48 hours and even followed up to make sure everything was sorted. Great customer service — I didn’t expect it to be this smoothReview of the application
This app doesn’t solve everything, but it’s been a breath of fresh air compared to the usual platforms. The job matches are on point, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting my time for once.Good platform for finding contacts in the startup world. However, the algorithm needs work to show more relevant jobs directly based on my profile. It started to show relevant opportunities only after a week or two. It’s a decent start, but room for improvement.Helena: Just okay for now. I've landed a couple of gigs, but I think the platform could offer more support for freelancers, especially in terms of resouces and guidance.
Michael: Perfect for remote work I snagged a job that fits my schedule perfectly. Can’t recommend it enough!Great App for Work or Services
It is a great app to advertise your skills and servicesFind me on Intch for some interesting visualization services! The freelance/elance world is ever evolving. I've just joined Intch.org to expand my network in a meaningful way.I just started this new journey on Intch, Inc, with the hopes of bettering my skills, and my network simultaneously. So i was asking if there are any experienced professionals willing to become a Mentor to a newly graduated software engineer.Raemarie Bellamy: I posted about looking for part-time marketing work, and within a few days, I got a handful of replies form companies looking for flexible hires.
The project is ongoing, and it fits my schedule perfectly.🤥 Seth Godin is right: (Some) Marketers are liars: Don't trust the "contact me if you find something interesting", "great CV"...
💳 Fraud: I encountered 2 fraudulent job postings on another big recruitment portal, and one individual even managed to use my details to open a bank account.
🧠 Emotional intelligence is rare, but vital: In a process that’s often frustrating and emotionally taxing, empathy is the bare minimum from the interviewer. #EQ
👍🏽 Use the good #feedback to improve your techniques and boost your morale. Every rejection is an opportunity to learn, and companies that take the time to provide real feedback are setting themselves apart. Kudos to the TA team at Amazon
💰 Please add #salary ranges: The lack of salary transparency is so annoying. Candidates are often left guessing whether the role aligns with their expectations or experience, hence wasting time going through the application process.
📃 Consider the contractor route: The traditional full-time job market may not offer the stability it once did, but the gig economy and contract work are growing. I recommend Intch, Inc. - Some interesting opportunities there.
Candidates are customers too, and treating them with respect is critical, I believe that the #recruitment experience should be part of the overall #experienceloop with the brand.Average experience overall. I found some decent jobs, but I wish the site was a bit more responsive and user-friendly. Sometimes it feels a little clunky when trying to navigate through listings. So handy – every listing is short and sweet, like a preview. You don’t have to click into each one to see all the details. Makes browsing way faster.InsightfulAfter managing 3 social media accounts for the past 3 months, I am finally on Intch! Time to broaden these horizons!Helen Uv: Tbh I wasn’t expecting much from Intch, but ngl it’s kinda decent. 😅 Got a freelance job offer like a week after posting my profile. Only issue? Some roles r just random af (like HR when I’m in marketing lol). Fix ur algorithm, pls!
Mary Green: I don’t usually fall for app ads, but Intch intrigued me. Tried it out, and the whole process felt smooth. I like how the recommendations actually make sense—I’ve had bad experiences with random job suggestions on other platforms. Also, their support team was quick to help when I had a small issue setting up my account 💕Got a couple interviews already. It’s not magic, but it’s helpful. Especially liked how the AI built my profile — made things easier. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.INTCH.ORGNari Tedsungnoen: Way less stressful than traditional job hunting. Love the simplicity, but wish there were more niche roles available. Still, pretty happy with what I found
Elias Becker: Lowkey feels like swiping on a dating app but for jobs. Not mad about it. Found a flexible role that fits my schedule perfectly.Find me on Intch for some interesting visualization services!I have really enjoyed working with this company. I have already received several orders and all were successfully completed.I had doubts so I checked all possible links, including producthunt etc. In the end, I was convinced to give it a try
TLDR, Intch is definitely not a scam. There are JOB POSTS that I haven’t seen on other platforms (at least in my industry) and DESICION MAKERS that you can contact directly
BUT the first 1-2 weeks were not good, I think the algorithm got confused about what to show me. Theoretically, it could be my fault cause I chose quite a wide range of industries. After some time it started to showing me very decent options
So I would rate it as 4.5* probablyInteresting platform, unfortunately, I did not find any valuable networking or collaboration opportunities, so I cancelled my subscription.AI Meets SMB Hiring!
Intch's AI Platform Shakes Up SMB Hiring with $1.2 Million Pre-Seed BoostRock&Roll
I want to be honest and helpfull. I see a lot of highly skilled and experienced Advisors and Angel Investors here. Who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in finance, business strategy. This makes Intch.org really great!Miroslav Silin: Hired a sales consultant for a short-term project. The platform was straightforward to use, but I did have to follow up with a few candidates before getting responses. Overall, it’s a decent platform, but better communication tools could help streamline the process.
MrAlex: I hired a social media manager, and the process was fast and simple. The platform’s interface is easy to navigate, but I think the profiles could use more detailed sections for certifications and past work. This is this guy's only post... But he is exactly what I needed for a co-founder

#intch #networkingHow do I work from home?
intchSven Neumann: Fast support, friendly team. I had an issue with my subscription, and the support team resolved it within a day. It's nice to have that leave os service, especially with so many apps out there that don't respond at all.
Vumile Ngalo: I came here looking for a few freelance projects, but ended up finding a lot more. The connections I’ve made have been valuable, and the app is super easy to use. It’s become my go-to for both work and networkingThe best business networking app, Intch makes your network the superpower in growing your business. • Find job opportunities and grow your career
• Join a community of active, growth-oriented peoplei signed up after insta ad. was like hmm sketch? but ok. tbh interface is better than expected. not many leads yet but we’ll see
Jackson: i don’t even like looking for jobs. but this feels more like insta than linkedn. i actually don’t hate opening the app 😅
Michael: Jobs r fine but like I get some HR stuff when i’m a front-end dev so ??? please fix recs. but UI is clean and support answered me super fast
Titan Moore: I’m a social media manager and always on my phone, so I LOVE that this app is mobile-first. Found 3 solid leads during my commute. The vibe is way more relaxed than LinkedIn, which I honestly can’t stand anymore. Also big win: they don’t make you write a whole novel to apply.I paid for the yearly plan after just two days on the app. At first I was like — eh, another paid thing — but the quality of the matches made it worth it. I’m a product designer, and I got a message from a founder within 3 days that turned into a paid test project. Clean UI, zero spam, and the vibe is professional but not stiffThe support team is quick to help. I had an issue with a job post, reached out, and they resolved it the same day. Good serviceI had a good experience finding a freelancer on Intch, but the app kinda makes it hard to cancel if you don’t like what you’re seeing. The design is nice, tho, and the responses were quick. The app is okay, but it feels a bit basic. I found a couple of jobs, but the selection isn’t very diverse
Intch has been helpful for networking. I’ve connected with a few professionals in my field, though the job offers could be better curated.Decent experience. I found a couple of good gigs, but some employers could give clearer job descriptions.I have a good experience: I found a job last month, although at first I received not very relevant vacancies. Later I added reviews from colleagues, and it seemed like there were more connections like this. There is also quite a lot of CEO on the platform, I think that should also somehow improve the chances of hiring.Flith: As a manager, I don’t usually love job platforms. But I’ll say this one’s clean, quick, and surprisingly relevant. Got a few offers for operations roles, and the matching improved after I added some endorsements
Caroline Welsh: Not gonna lie, I’ve tried a lot of platforms—LinkedIn, job boards, random Telegram channels—but most of them are either outdated or full of noise. What I like here is the focus: everything feels curated and relevant. I didn’t have to scroll for hours to find something useful. Also, the fact that it’s mobile-first is a huge win—I literally applied to three jobs while waiting for my coffee. Bonus points for how clean and easy the interface is.Hall Jackson: Support was better than expected. I had a payment issue and assumed I’d never hear back, but they responded the same day and refunded the charge. The platform itself is light and doesn’t overwhelm you. I’ve found a few connections I’m following up with now.
Toiss H.: I originally joined to support a friend who asked for a recommendation. Didn’t plan to use the app at all. But after poking around, I found a bunch of interesting posts and people.Ella Reed: I don’t have the patience for long job apps, and this one gets it. No endless forms, no ‘upload your resume and also type everything manually’ nonsense. Just pick what you do, and boom, matches start rolling in. Love that.
Emily Jones: Lowkey thought this was gonna be another job app scam, but nah, it’s actually solid. The AI job matches? Kinda 🔥, not gonna lie. Way less effort than LinkedIn, which is W.Maya Robinson: Signed up after seeing an ad, but wasn’t sure if it would work for me. The job suggestions were okay, but not amazing at first. After adjusting my profile, they started improving. Still wish there were more niche opportunities .
Nancy: Imagine LinkedIn, but make it not a headache. No weird recruiters hitting me up with MLM schemes, just actual jobs. Also, the UI is clean and I don’t feel like I’m filling out a tax form just to apply.Aidan: I’ve tried a bunch of job apps, and this one is one of the better ones. The AI actually recommends relevant jobs (once you tweak your profile a bit). The interface is simple, and I don’t have to scroll for hours. Just wish there were more job categories, but still pretty solid
Jacob: As a co-founder, I’m constantly looking for new connections, collaborations, and talent—and this platform actually delivers. Unlike other job sites that feel outdated or spammy, this one focuses on meaningful networking. I’ve found potential hires, industry contacts, and even investors here. Also, the interface is modern and intuitive, which is a huge plus. I’ve recommended it to other founders in my circle, and they’ve had a great experience too
Zac: Love how easy it is to scroll through jobs while chilling with my coffee. No weird recruiter spam, no random sales pitches. Just actual work opportunities. Would give 5 stars if there were even more listingsAmazing Customer Service
I wasn’t a fan of the app, but the customer service I received from Alex was top tier.💼🤝 Intch, Inc, initially launched as a professional networking platform, has transformed into the first platform dedicated to connecting top professionals with businesses seeking part-time talent.
📈 Backed by a $1.2 million pre-seed round led by Altair Capital and supported by Deel, this shift focuses on enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to access top-tier talent at a third of the traditional cost.

I am using Intch to connect with the right people to find my next contract or permanent role Feel free to join my network!
#intch #networkingGot tired of ghosting on traditional job boards. On Intch, I posted about looking for remote backend roles, and got three legit responses in a week. One of them led to a paid contract I’m working on now. I’ll take that over spammy recruiter DMs any dayOnboarding was very easy and the system guided me through the process with ease. Looking forward to seeing how this resource will increase my business.Very good app

Recently found this new app. Looks good for side jobs and other avenues for networking.I'm working with an exciting new platform called Intch. It's a unique approach for businesses to find freelance help. Check out my profile and let me know what you think. Blessings.Hi Yakov, this app is awesome! Design is beautiful!
It would be great if intch can be used also in a browser on desktops as there are a lot of text to fill in the questions and slides, also for handling the subscription. I accidentally deleted my subscription which should actually not happen. I guess on desktop it would be better. I think for all the communication purposes is the app the game changer. So, keep it up and all the best! Kind regards, Santhosh
Hi Yakov, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I can see that you are working on the web version. It is just getting better - amazing job you guys are doing! :-)Love how casual the tone is. Not like LinkedIn's fake suits.Honestly, this is one of the cleanest and easiest job apps I’ve used. I’m a content writer and found a short-term gig pretty quickly. The interface is fast, and I love that I don’t have to scroll through endless spam. I also appreciate how it suggests jobs that match my skill set. No complaints so farEnjoying the Intch, Inc experience, where I can now simply tackle any business through our AI Agents saving Time, Money, and Risk Exposure for Individuals, Businesses, and Enterprises by automating decision-making, eliminating inefficiencies, and securing operations in real time.

YepI want to work from home but how do I find a job?
USING INTCHI’m a junior developer, and I like the app, but it’s not perfect. It’s easy to use, and I appreciate the relevant job suggestions, but some listings are a bit too senior for meRuby Shimla: App’s fast, clean and people reply. That’s rare.
Olivia S.: I’m 45 and skeptical about apps but this one worked.I’m a writer looking for part-time, remote work with brands that want a voice people remember. As a caregiver to an aging parent, I deeply value flexibility—and in return, I bring fierce focus, empathy, and creativity. If you need words with heart, I’m your person.Shoutout to Intch support—had a billing issue, they fixed it super quick. Rare to get actual humans helping fast these days. App itself is nice too.The Producers Asia is Intch-ing for new clients... ;-pAs a mom of 3 trying to get back into work, this made it easier.Howdy! #intch #networkingNoah Mitchell: As someone in my 40s, I’ve been on LinkedIn long enough to see how noisy it’s become. I found Intch quieter and more intentional. I didn’t get flooded with irrelevant pitches. Instead, I had a couple of quality conversations that led to an advisory role. Not perfect, but refreshing.
Ethan Hayes: I’ve been freelancing for years and usually avoid “new” platforms, but Intch felt different. Didn’t join for a job I wanted to meet founders and offer brand strategy sessions. Ended up connecting with two startup teams who booked me within a week. The app isn’t huge, but the people on here actually reply. This is how I find remote side gigs that earn me an extra $3k-$5k every month...INTCHEmily Reed: Got laid off a couple months ago and was honestly overwhelmed with where to even start looking. Tried Intch after a friend recommended it, and it actually helped me get organized. I liked that it didn’t feel like a traditional job board — more like a space where people talk, share, and sometimes connect for real roles. Found my first offer here and it gave me a confidence boost.
Jason: As a dev, I usually hate signing up for anything that feels bloated or slow. Intch was refreshingly light. Got a few outreach messages that weren’t totally relevant, but I also found one consulting lead through the network tab. I’d love a bit more filtering on the tech side, like stack tags or level of seniority.
Tim: I’m a product manager with 8 years of experience, mostly in SaaS. I started using Intch out of curiosity after seeing a friend’s post, and I was pleasantly surprised. The interface is sleek, fast, and not bloated — which, as someone who builds products, I really appreciate. I got two relevant leads within the first week, one of which turned into a contract gig. Honestly, a great tool if you take the time to fill out your profile properly.I’m a co-founder of a small startup and came across Intch while looking for freelance help. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the format caught my eye — felt way more modern and less cluttered than most platforms. I ended up paying for the subscription just to try it out, and honestly, it was worth it pretty fast.
The profiles here are more dynamic — recommendations from past colleagues actually helped me vet people without digging through endless CVs. I posted a request for help with product research, and within 48 hours had 3 solid responses. One of them turned into a working relationship.
I had one small issue with the payment screen not loading properly, but support replied quickly and resolved it within a few hours. Overall, the experience was smooth. Would love to see more tools on the hiring side — like tags or ways to sort replies — but I’m sticking aroundSide Gig Unlocked! Launching a Consultancy! Figured 40 years of interactive product development experience might prove useful to support someone you know! All, please help me with my request or introduce me toAs a freelancer, it’s hard to find reliable platforms, but this one’s decent. The job suggestions are good, but it still feels a little new. Would like to see more projects for long-term work and better filters for freelance rolesI'm excited to complete set up of my Intch account. Please share and help me spread the word.I’ve decided to make my LinkedIn skills available to anyone who is ready to put in the work.Let’s talk.

https://lnkd.in/gmPcHt4fI loved how easy it was to use the service, and to find my way towards a new role. There are so many interesting ones listed that I didn't find anywhere else - very impressive! So far so good. Just used it for the last hour, but the UIUX is useful and relevant.Wasn’t sure about paying, but it ended up worth it. Found a great contract. The support team deserves a mention here. I had an issue with double billing and was worried it’d take weeks to fix but they responded the same day and refunded it right away. These things matter. The platform itself is still growing, but it feels trustworthy.please feel free to join me on Intch and help me get verified and allow me to return te favorwasn’t planning to pay for another job app tbh, i already spend enough on subscriptions lol... but i saw a couple people post their profiles on X and it looked clean so i signed up. ngl at first it felt empty — the jobs weren’t great and i was like “ok cool, wasted my coffee budget again” 😂
but i added a few recommendations (shoutout to my ex-colleague who wrote a sweet one), and then stuff started to actually show up that made sense. had a call with someone from portugal about a remote strategy role and it was honestly a vibe.
also — major props to the support team. i had a billing glitch and they fixed it within hours. that’s rare. anyway, this app’s not magic, but if u give it a bit of time, it gets good.Hey everyone, have you heard of Intch, Inc yet?🚀 I'm trying it out for the first time.

I am using it to connect with the right people to offer my business expertise. If you're on there, let's connect!
#intch #networkingI’m not a fan of apps that hide their pricing, so I was glad Intch is upfront. Paid for a month and got two interview invites within days. Some people expect miracles, but this thing works if you put in effort. The platform is refreshingly clean no spam, no annoying pop-ups. But I did find the feed a bit repetitive at first. Once I interacted more and posted something, though, the algorithm started making sense. I’ve used worse for more money.I’m a 40+ dev and I was skeptical about 'swiping' jobs. But hey, I found a contract gig I actually wanted. Clean interface too. This is the first app where I didn’t feel like I was performing. No forced bio writing or fake “passionate about growth” stuff. Just real people, short intros, quick responses. I actually enjoy checking it in the morning.please feel free to join me on Intch and help me get verified and allow me to return te favorI don’t usually jump on every new platform, but a colleague suggested Intch, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised — setting up my profile was easy, and within a week, I started getting relevant contacts. I had one small issue with payment and the support team resolved it within 24 hours, no fuss. That’s rare these days.Intch has proven to be a valuable platform for connecting my skills with individuals seeking assistance on specific tasks. The ability to bridge the gap between my expertise and the needs of others enhances collaboration and fosters meaningful connections. It's encouraging to see how technology can facilitate these interactions.I’m a project manager, joined mostly to network. Ended up helping someone someone organize their small biz remotely. App could be faster sometimes, but overall thumbs up.Came for the job, stayed for the community. Cool folks here. It’s amazing isn’t it?Great insights about understanding the influence of Gen Z on marketing strategies in this article I stumbled upon from founder/CEO of Intch, Inc Yakov Filippenko
✅"we stopped explaining the product and moved away from polished, heavily branded materials. Instead we prioritized native, meme-driven, user-generated, and highly contextual content.
✅The goal wasn’t to convince anymore, but to resonate instantly—to make the audience say: “That’s so me.”
✅ In the new approach, pain points are barely mentioned at all—it’s all about cultural relevance and emotional recognition.
https://lnkd.in/gAq39QjrStarting this new endeavor as a Sole Proprietor has been a complete joy. Believing in my expertise and developing new work relationships is a new, but exciting challenge. If you, or someone you know is looking for architectural design expertise, feel free to shoot me a DM or connect on Intch. I'd love to chat!I’m not usually into “AI” anything but gotta admit Intch actually does adapt. My first week was meh, but after I posted what I was looking for and got a couple endorsements, the matches totally shifted. Found a part-time marketing role that fits perfectly with my class schedule.Okay, so I saw the ad on IG and clicked it half-joking. But after setting up my profile (super easy), I got matched with someone hiring for a junior writer. Felt good.Intch isn’t magic, but it’s functional and (mostly) intuitive. The jobs aren’t always a perfect match, but I appreciate that I don’t have to write 100 cover letters. One conversation turned into a consulting project, so that’s a win.
