I am managing web crawling projects, several in parallel, from setup to the recurring delivery phase, leading a group of 12 developers. Our team was responsible setting up projects with around 4 million USD in revenue in 2021. Main responsibilities include resource management, escalations, leadership, costumer communications, prioritization, reporting and ensuring timely deliveries of projects within estimated budget and ensuring hitting set margins.

Localization and Test Engineering Project Manager

• Managed the operational and technical efforts of a staff of 12-50 people (Testers), depending on the size and significance of the project. • Ensured overall flawless quality of the game and its translation. Games get localized into European target languages, such as Spanish, German, French and Italian (with UK English and Dutch as potential extras).
• Created testing plan and schedule for projects, covering and overseeing all aspects of the testing process (testing plan, tester training, reading on paper, review, marking on screen, testing until final official approval).
• Provided daily and weekly progress reports, tester and project meetings, bug log and text file management, bug database management and approval.
• Worked as a Coordinator on the European versions of the following titles: Pokémon Dungeon 2 (DS), Trauma Center: New Blood (Wii), Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir (DS), Rock ‘n Roll Climber (WiiWare), Wii Sports Resort (Wii).

Project Manager in Localization and Testing

Written and developed storylines in English for TV show Barátok Közt (Between Friends), Hungary’s most successful prime time program.

Storyline Writer

As Production Controller and member of the Customer Focus Team (CFT), managed incoming phone repair cycles including scheduling of repairs and shipment for a 24-72 hour, turnaround time (TAT). As Customer Care Representative and member of CFT, liaised between customers and management teams at various repair centers in Europe and Nokia European services HQ (Austria). Provided unit repair status, resolved repair and/or quality issues and advised on TAT to management and customers; utilized Datasweep system.

Lead Customer Services Representative / Production Scheduling and Control

Provided administrative support of manufacturing build cycles of product for Hewlett-Packard and Wistron. Tasks included pricing, daily operation and commitment reports, forecasting, production planning and control, bill of material (BOM) maintenance. Charted daily/monthly extraordinary variances (EOVC) of unit’s business transactions that includes component cost (SKU) and purchase price variances (PPV) used to calculate Added-Value rates. Determine product rework fees, inventory valuations and freight cost under given currency exchange rates.
