Cloud Program Manager at Google Delivery Centre

Managed and innovated for the new cloud SAP ERP and additional software for the entire group at MAC Hospitals Network, one of the biggest privately owned hospital networks in Mexico. Successfully prepared the TI department to pass the investor’s audit, with 160 USD million in additional investment. ∆ Accomplished on-prem to cloud migration, AI bots for surgery rooms, and API for ERP (SAP, Tassy).
Responsibilities: Research and innovate for the new cloud ERP and additional software for the entire group. MAC hospitals is one of the biggest privately owned hospital networks in Mexico. With a successful launch this year at the Mexican stock exchange with almost 100 USD million in additional investment.

Manager of Software Innovation

Created the MVP, managed the budget, created the companies and the architecture, and connected the eLearning system and the VR experience. ∆ Developed a Virtual Reality MVP game for Oculus Rift. Managed a team of 22 people.

Director Mexico- Dubai remote office

Responsibilities: Manage all product design, digital marketing in networks social, sales funnels, online learning system.

Worked with a team of MIT data scientists to develop machine learning models that can identify and classify named entities for software testing. Using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Couchbase, PHP, JavaScript, and Python. The company was awarded "Best in Corporate Innovation in AI" in 2019.

Results/Accomplishments: Establish the necessary architecture for the migration of the school control system from PHP 5 to PHP 7

Project Manager and Head of Department of Computer Science

Coordinated, organized, and maintained specialized computer systems for administrative and operational areas of water: sales, maps, and telemetry. Installed Cloud servers, telecommunication antennas, video surveillance cameras, and Automatic Teller Machines. Distributed payment methods between banks, stores, mobile apps, and online stores for more than 45,000 accounts. ∆ Increased the electronic payment reception in 17% per month. The Institute won a national acknowledgment for best practices in charge-payment of water service.

Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities: Manage specialized medical software, computing infrastructure and
telecommunications for emergency, hospitalization and telemedicine for a large user population of the several states of the country with over a thousand medical consultations a day. Letter of recommendation from the Director of Planning.
Results/Accomplishments: Eliminated complaints of service delays of vendor consulting services.

Results/Accomplishments: Won government funding award ($60,000) for sole State
IT annual award. Sold to one Tier 2 Company for co-insourcing.

Project Manager and Consultant

Responsibilities: Business development for software model for cold chain of vaccines.Including sensors, readers of 2D code, data model to handle large volumes and Big Data-Internet of Things IoT. Project management for medical devices and new particles authorization.
Results/Accomplishments: Won contract for a large Utah based company achieving approval of strategic product sales (Confidential agreement).

Director of IT

Responsibilities: Established the business model, designed and developed the entire lifecycle of products with minimum investments and generated profits for national and state-bid contracts, in 51 offices for a user population of over 3 million people.
Results/Accomplishments: Eliminated criminal use of Automotive license plates by creating a certified Shredding machine, a first of its kind in the world, patent pending. First created
with sales: Optical Image Scanner and 3D Objects. Title: MX/f/2013/000003. Service rated as
excellent by the customer for 3 years.

General Director of Innovation and Development

On premises Cloud Health Records compliant, Dbase, Microsoft OLAP, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and regulate the process of collection, analysis, dissemination and use of health information to properly influence decision- making for the operation and planning of the strategic management services of the system for a user population of more than 3 million beneficiaries. Increase Emergency subsystems uptake data acquisition by 2000%. Received Letter of recommendation from the General Director of Planning.
Results/Accomplishments: First place in National programs. Second place in the Public Administration Award. 97% in reliance on information evaluated by the International Routine Health Information Network (RHINO with 28 countries). First virtual classroom for medical coding in the State.

Head of the Department of Statistics and Evaluation

Responsibilities: Generation of the andragogical model for education supporting all school system management and controls for more than 43,000 beneficiaries across 132 centers in the State. Managed enrollment data migration for graduate Beneficiaries from corresponding undergraduate educational systems. Letter of recommendation from the Secretary of the Institute.
Results/Accomplishments: First virtual classroom for adult basic education in the country with formative assessment. 100% in compliance goals. The Secretariat was the only in all governments that continued with the new governor.

General Director of Development and Management

Responsibilities: Led the development cycle of six main modules for Integrated System for the Management and Tax Collection: Vehicles database, taxes database, teleprocess, taxpayer’s database, licenses for Liquors databases, special tax payers database. Generation off our print of the Tax Law for the State of Guanajuato. Letter of recommendation from the Technical Secretary of the Secretariat.
Results/Accomplishments: Won recognition letter by the Tax Administration (SAT) for zero errors in vehicle payment fees. Computer System Security for Alcohol Sale Permit,audited by Ernst & Young and passed with zero errors.
