Intch processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of performance of the contract
between the Intch, Inc. and the User for the Intch

branded apps and Intch

related sites
(clause 1.1 of the Intch User Agreement). By virtue of Article 6 of Federal Law
“On Personal
Data” No. 152

FZ of July 27, 2006, no separate consent of the User for the processing of

clause 2, clause 2, Article 22 of this Law,
Intch, Inc. has the right to process personal data witho

Intch Inc. uses the collected data for various purposes:
