Hands on experience on AWS. Under research & development I managed a team delivered a card payment fraud detection system using ML and system with blockchain technology.

Software Architect / Developer Telco BSS product Optiva former Redknee. Optiva is cooperation operated under Aurea Corp. Technologies involved Java, Javascript, Shell Scripts and Perl. Design new features of the telco platform. Involve with platform hardware architecture. Practice agile development. Develop high scale distributed event driven application.

Java Chief Software Architect

My previous company Intel Lanka pvt Limited was acquired by Persistent Pvt Limited. Worked as architect for IBM Tririga based IoT solutions. Managed the RnD team. Use IBM Bluemix and other IBM IoT platforms to deliver solutions. One such application was Drone base car park management system for IBM Sales. See sample application link on linkedin profile. I lead the product requirements and design. This system uses Micro Services Architecture pattern. Developed using Cloud Foundry run-time for Node.JS, Javascript and CSS. I used cloud foundry and docker as containerisation platform and other Devops tools for CI and build pipes for packaging. Previously I worked as the Architect of Partner Management product for Telcom API platform. This product is used by several Telco / MVNO operators in US, Euro and India. Product runs on Java technologies using Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat and Oracle.

Senior Software Architect

My previous company Aepona Lanka Pvt Limited was acquired Intel Lanka Pvt Limited. Worked as the performance architect of payment and monetization product. Optimized database querie using Oracle reports and statistics (AWR). Introduced caching technology to payments. Changed data structures to optimize faster data reading and writing (NoSQL patterns). Decoupled data reading for data writing (CQRS). Use profiling tools (YourKit) to optimized Java code. Used monitoring tools monitor disk access, threading and cpu on Linux platforms. (SAR). Application development in spring, hibernate and tomcat stack. Frontend with javascript and JSF.

Developed new product modules for Payments and Monetization platform. Integrating Google carrier billing and cybersource payment gateway to payment module. Optimize / refactor existing batch processing modules for monetization using Disruptor pattern. Application development in spring, spring MVC, hibernate and tomcat stack. Frontend with javascript and JSF

Software Architect

Managed 15+ java development team. Architect, designer, of a project tracking tool. Major technolgies used were spring and IBM Object Grid (distributed cache) using hibernate as write back to allow instantaneous updates for global teams. Won local (NBSQA) ward and participated for regional software quality competitions.

Main architect for Telco Applications like Customer Care, Network Management systems using Java and Oracle. Product name Avabill.

Heavily involved in J2EE solution architectures. Architect of plant management system used by Telco operators to manage the physical PSTN cabling systems. Product name Avabill.

Heavily involved in Java developments and database solution architectures. Two clients that I have worked with are Arrasys and Circuit City within this period.
