- embracing agile (Scrum) development in the roles of Scrum Master or Product Owner - responding to clients’ requests and answering their questions
- supervising and coordinating developers, designers, and testers
- elaborating creative concepts with the team
- managing projects using Jira and Productive - preparing project documentation
- taking responsibilities for the project budget and client invoicing - setting objectives in line with the clients’ needs – including project scope, time plan, and budget - selecting, leading, and motivating your project team
- ensuring that the work is done on time, within budget, and to a certain level of quality
- reporting regularly to management and the client
- being fully responsible for the project’s completion
- adjusting to rapidly changing technology and making decisions on the go

New technology specialist

-leading complete process of developing and delivering software solutions -project coordination with developers and designers (through daily meetings, weekly sprints, assignments)
-daily communication with foreign clients (reporting, delivery, new applications)
- monitoring scopes, time and deliveries for multiple projects - monitoring key project metrics - planning and leading projects in accordance with waterfall and/or scrum methodologies
- continuous software solution testing throughout all stages of development
