I expertly used service-aware policy controller SAPC (PCRF) & GGSN (PCEF)of Ericsson to carry out solution integration, also monetized concept and delivered solution to the customer. I adeptly managed all aspects of technical works during implementation of turbo button, roaming solutions, walled garden solution, and basic QBAU. Key Contributions: •	Nominated as employee of the month in operations unit CD CSI CU Indonesia in 2012 for contributing efficient delivery (competence gap build up) for PCEF – PCRF and Packet Core.

Packet Charging Network Solution Integrator Engineer 

I acted as an emergency handler support engineer for all customer (PT. Indosat Tbk, PT. Telkomsel, PT-XL-Axiata) aiming on packet core network node. I served as a single point of contact for PCEF and PCRF expert trouble-shooter to escalate a case and check the impact to business. Key Contributions: •	Overcome significant challenges associated with network operations and completed case by case escalation to second and third line support (PLM/PDU).
•	Attained yearly additional STA contract award for PCEF -PCRF (hardware, software & customer service support) worth with total $8M for Telkomsel, Indosat and XL-Axiata. Technology Used: PCEF – PCRF & Packet Core (GGSN)
