We developed a startup from scratch with a team of 3 people.
My main responsibilities as a CEO:
- Product concept development
- Creation of MVP on no-code tools
- Strategy for bringing the product to market
- Client research
- B2B sales Our startup was aimed at solving 2 problems of hiring in IT:
1. Reducing the cost of development by gathering development teams from freelancers.
2. Validation of IT development skills of specialists.
Based on the results of 4 months of testing hypotheses and client research, we came to the conclusion that there are no recruitment problems in the Russian market, which our product was designed to solve.
