As the CTPO of Uhuu.com, I lead the Product and UX teams in addition to the IT and Engineering teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Security, Data, Architecture). We are all focused on providing the best ticket buying experience to our clients in a secure environment. Our teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and developing disruptive technologies that will change the way people buy tickets in the near future. As the CTO of Uhuu.com, I am responsible for leading the IT and Engineering teams, which includes Development, QA, Agility, DevOps, Data, and SRE. Our main focus is to provide the best ticket buying experience to our clients in a secure environment. As an Entertainment Tech company, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and developing disruptive technologies that will change the way people buy tickets in the near future. Under my leadership, we have achieved significant milestones, including the successful development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that have enhanced our clients' experience. As the VP of Software Engineering at Ontop, I was responsible for building a global technology team to support the company's Payment Cloud Platform growth and create a Global payment platform. I successfully launched a Global Wallet in USD, supported by JPMorgan and an international debit VISA card (in USD). In this role, I also led the DevOps, Support, Security, Data, Quality Assurance, and Architecture teams, achieving high performance standards through my skills in Transformational Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Agile Methodologies. My expertise in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy was critical in driving the company's growth and success. I have extensive experience in Product Development, Start-ups, Virtual Teams, Software Design Patterns, and Team Leadership, as well as technical proficiency in Linux, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile Project Management, Network Security, and Scrum. Under my leadership, we developed and implemented software development best practices and culture development initiatives that enabled us to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.

As Head of IT at Neon, I was responsible for the successful onboarding of MEI Fácil, a company acquired by Neon in 2019, and the creation of the MEI Account. I later became the leader of the Information Security Team, Enterprise and Data Architecture Team, QA (Quality Assurance), as well as the Core Banking, PIX, Openbanking, and Onboarding Development Teams. My skills in Transformational Leadership, Business Strategy, and Agile Methodologies were critical in driving the company's growth and ensuring that the technology teams were aligned with the company's goals. I have extensive experience in Product Development, Virtual Teams, Software Design Patterns, and Team Leadership, as well as technical proficiency in Network Security, Scrum, DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Agile Project Management. Under my leadership, we successfully implemented software development best practices and culture development initiatives that enabled us to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients. As Information technology Manager of Architecture and Innovation teams, we worked on the Digital Transformation Project from Waterfall to Agile Methodologies, Hackathons and Enterprise Architecture structuring, bringing together IT and Product areas, creating a favorable environment for innovation and new product development.

CTO and R&D leader of the Sikur Secure Communication Platform, development of the Sikur Phone and Sikur OS. Development team Leader with developers across India, Costa Rica and Brazil. Bug bounty projects with HackerOne and WhiteHackers. SikurPhone launched in MWC Barcelona 2018, elected as the eighth most interesting gadget by Wired. Worldwide partnership with Sony in the Sony Android Developer Program.

Beonpop was a Linux Cloud based Platform that provided a popularity score for people and brands on social networks. It reached 3 million users in over 100 countries. It was initially invested by Ventiur in the first acceleration class and subsequently by 2 more investment rounds. Partnership with IBM to include AI (Watson) in social behavior analysis. Selected for Kick San Francisco (Silicon Valley) Acceleration Program 2015, Partnered with GlobalTechBridge for Global Expansion 2016. Later it was splitted into SNAM.io, an AI Cloud based Platform, developed in PHP, using MySQL as database.
