As the Founder, Owner, and Managing Director, I have successfully established the business in the Singapore region, devised the business strategy, and meticulously planned the marketing strategies in line with the business strategy to ensure successful entry to the market and perpetual business growth. We ensure the growth of businesses within a predefined period. As we actively participate in the process of lead generation, Developing the content and the new training programs from scratch. Our team steps in to undertake the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy for both online and offline media. My personal achievements included, Successfully establishing the business in the highly competitive market. Also, devised the GTM strategy to ensure success in the Singapore region. Ensured successful engagement with the initial clients and helped them achieve their business objectives with strategies for sales, marketing, and international expansion with a focus on live marketing events including exhibitions and trade shows. Which then supported the expansion of their business by acquiring new business and consistently overachieving their expectations with a successful launch for their business in the Chinese markets.

Owner and Director

As a Global Business Development Manager, I was responsible for starting up the global turbo-drilling business in a niche market and spearheading the business development at a global level where I ensured business growth by establishing key stakeholder partnerships and client engagements. Including technical and commercial presentations to potential clients about business service offerings which effectively addressed to their concerns. Also, overseed the day-to-day operations to ensure high levels of efficiency in the achievement of the business objectives and accountable to drive profitability for the business by efficiently managing the financial aspect and the P&L. Personal achievements include, effectively engaging with the key clients in North America, Middle East and Caspian regions while establishing a critical global agreement with NOV. Spearheaded the first international run of equipment in Canada and also successfully achieved the numbers according to the sales plans for the year 2014.

Global Business Development Manager

As a Location Manager, I set-up and oversaw the maintenance facility and the welding shop for the organisation in the location, apart from establishing the DT&R product line in the local markets. Propagated key customer relationships by effectively engaging with the customers, and ensured the consistent achievement of the organisational objectives in terms of sales and business growth. Also, established the equipment levels for the accurate ordering of the equipment ensuring required equipment is always at hand and took charge of the tendering and contract negotiation process to ensure a profitable business for the organisation through orchestrated, successful formulation and implementation of the market strategies focused on commercial success. Achieved the QHSE targets and ensured that the staff is adequately trained and compliant with the defined practices. Also contributed to the hiring process, ensuring that the right resources are hired to adequately fulfil the requirements and trained, guided and mentored the resources to ensure efficiency in their work from the start which eventually grew the local team from 8 to 20+. My personal achievements also include, ensuring successful establishment of the DT&R product line to be run directly by Schlumberger and not through an agent and consistently overachieved the QHSE targets of the company. Along with acquiring significant market share by the end of 2013 with always maintaining cordial, professional relationships with clients.

Location Manager

In the capacity of a District and Operations Manager, I was primarily responsible for driving sales to meet and exceed the company targets while overseeing the complete integration of the Smith International product lines into the Schlumberger structures after the merger.
o	Orchestrated the establishment of the DT&R product line in the Algeria region.
o	Developed and executed relevant and smart market strategies to drive business growth. o	Nurtured and maintained client business relationships to encourage long-term business deals.
o	Ensured that teams are well-trained and compliant to consistently achieve the company’s QHSE targets.
o	Hired relevant resources and trained them adequately to meet the business requirements.

o	Following the merger, ensuring a smooth transition into the Schlumberger structure and culture without losing the staff.
o	Reinforced the team’s own culture and identity while also conforming to the Schlumberger norms.
o	Ensured achievement of financial goals apart from maintaining a team of 30+ members and keeping them motivated through the process of merger.
o	Effectively engaged with the customers to nurture relationships and grow the revenues achieving the set targets.
o	Reduced operating costs by effectively negotiating prices with suppliers, recognising wasted expenses and streamlining processes with the teams.
o	Started up the fishing and remedial business in Algeria.
