Job DescriptionIn the role of Operations Lead, you will be structuring and leading the operational block of our co-investment platform: engineering business processes, creating legal entities and LP funds, drafting and amending LPAs and side-letters, and executing deals.
Required skill set
— deep knowledge of small alternative investment funds legal framework; — expertise in Dutch corporate law; — clear thinking and ability to organise business processes and team: — ability to move fast.
