- Added a reminder for "dead users'' with a survey. This allowed to identify weak points in communication with clients during onboarding and make the process more transparent
- Decreased the time needed to return money for purchases using bonus program from 2 days to 24 hours, which increased the use of bonuses and overall transaction activity.
- Developed the paid card reissue functionality for users who made a mistake in the name.
- Conducted more than 30 in-depth interviews and usability tests in English

- Conducted around 150 in-depth interviews (30 of them in English)
- Analyzed customer experience and built Customer Journey Maps, BPMN, JTBD
- Provided examples for one of the leading insurance companies of how competitors, previously lagging behind in terms of technology, bypass them by simplifying processes
- For a foreign online Facebook game, we segmented customers, formulated values ​​and barriers
- Conducted presentations to the client committee in english and russian languages

Product Researcher

In a team with a backender and a frontender, was involved in the development of an internal video conferencing service. As part of my work:
- came up with new functionality, prioritized and decomposed backlog tasks, interacted with users in the context of processing tickets and discussing potential features and their release dates.

- configured the integration of conferences with the calendar, thus reducing the number of user steps in the scenario of using the service.
