Founder

Oversaw the launch of a startup real estate brokerage, to include setup of initial and expansion strategies. Directed the development of technological systems, analytical processes, and lists of investors and their investment criteria and interests. Presided over, and negotiated and contracted with all company vendors, designers, and developers. Collaborated and participated in marketing initiatives to include branding, web presence design and development, and copywriting. Coordinated and directly involved in the signing of exclusives of investment properties, commercial leases, and residential units. Profiled, contacted, and negotiated with buyers, lessees, and brokers, and led all legal readings and examinations of legal contracts for the company and our clients.

Investor

Developed initial real estate skills from an agent perspective. Approached real estate investors with the intention of obtaining exclusives, and participated in the signing of a multi-family townhouse soon after. Collaborated with team to create marketing initiatives, comparable reports, and property evaluations.

Senior Investment Associate

Oversaw and led a management team which directly supervised all company locations. Supervised and collaborated with the Communications department re: marketing and advertising initiatives. Coordinated the efficient merchandising, increased sales, and efficiency of the company, from both a central and peripheral perspective. Communicated and negotiated with all real-estate actors, including landlords, property management companies, and brokers and oversaw new site selection processes.

Executive Vice President

Co-led the expansion of a company with annual revenues in excess of ten million dollars. Directed the research and development of new innovative projects and investments. Re-evaluated the operations at existing corporate divisions and holdings to better suit the changing economy and developed new partnerships in order to build a greater, more complex network of interests.
