I was responsible for communicating with the public to convey the Governor's position on issues and to work with people experiencing problems and seek a resolution to state government related problems. I was responsible for informing Governor and senior staff of issues affecting Ohioans and served as the Chief Agency Liaison.

Director of Constituent Affairs

BLF Management, LTD, represents several state chapters of the American College of Surgeons. Individual state chapters managed include the: Ohio, Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Maryland, and Metropolitan Washington DC Chapters.

Oversee all internal and external communications for the agency and provide assistance to lawmakers on policy related to substance abuse prevention.

I was on a team that was charged with interacting and resolving issues that people wanted the Office of the Ohio Attorney General to assist. This included e-mail, written, and face-to-face interactions.
