Support the development and implementation of operations and business intelligence systems for mines. Actively participate in existing MISOM data warehouse solutions such as safety initiatives, production management scorecards, analytical consulting, and mobile applications among similar IT-operations intelligence initiatives: •	Assist in business development activities •	Identify and propose new areas of work with existing clients

Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Direct several IT projects for mining industry primarily including the implementation of software and infrastructure for a mining corporation operating in Mexico. Also worked on the management, design and implementation of a consolidated information system/ERP (SAP B1) in order to improve internal business processes and better support back office tasks. I also lead the effort to implement SOX compliant IT process such Change Request reviews, Disaster Recovery Plan, etc. Lead several projects for optimizing mining operations, mine monitoring via mobile and web platforms, real time reporting of mining activity and critical application monitoring software to provide a better service to the user community. Perform requirements analysis for several enhancement projects for a top online higher education enterprise. Also lead a team of software developers to implement the AMS (Application Maintenance and Support) schema for this same company focusing on academics delivery Online. Helped to perform the knowledge acquisition and assimilation for later support of highly complex applications developed in .NET and AS2 including three tier web applications, windows services, web services and integration software. In charge of delivering timely support to high impact applications measured by CTQ (critical to quality) metrics. Last but not least, liaison between business advocates and development teams located in Mexico (Monterrey specifically).

Business Analyst and AMS Team Lead

Perform Business Analysis work to support the business growth and goals using technology for the main distribution facility for Technicolor in Mexico City and the manufacturing operation in Mexicali. Also provided support to the local applications, reports generation, training and mainly the development of requirements for system enhancements and fixes for the national distribution and manufacturing systems which must comply with the business requirements. Worked with various systems such as JBA on AS/400 platform (ERP), .NET applications for returns processes, Sybase database, MS SQL server database and PowerBuilder applications for distribution processes.

Business Analyst

As a developer my primary functions were to develop code as well as testing/debugging. Afterwards I was assigned a wide range of development project such as three tier applications and two tier applications web and windows applications developed with .NET technologies (programs written by me in VB.NET, C# and javascript with MS SQL (T-SQL)). I participated in business analysis and requirements gathering for technical projects using a methodology called FORAD (feature oriented rapid application development).

Full Stack Engineer

Participating in the development of Spanish Business and Medical portals with the use of sophisticated artificial intelligence software created by our team of programmers. Assisted in developing software written in Java, JSP and HTML. From this project I also took part in writing a research paper which was successfully submitted to the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences, HICSS-38.
