Editor, University Publications - Marketing and Communications - Office of University Advancement Editor of Summit Magazine (published by Mount Royal University in the spring and fall of each year) The Editor, University Publications leads editorial direction, content and project management for key print publications and institutional-wide online publications and communications. These communications channels augment marketing, recruitment and funding efforts, enable day-to-day operations and advance Mount Royal’s achievement of long-term strategic goals. This position oversees a number of external writers, communications officers, and acts as project manager for print and online publications. The Editor also provides mentorship regarding writing, editorial content and communications channels throughout the university, while playing a key role in internal and external communication strategies, content marketing strategies and editorial plans, in particular for institutional-wide portions of the external and internal websites.
