Responsible for ensuring governance processes are followed at all times across bids and delivery, both by myself and all those involved. Key engagement was leading an extensive project team delivering a clients channel shift strategy and their aspirations to transform the way they serviced their customers. The role focused on leading the solution design for a platform that enables the automation of business processes through considerable integration with back office systems, whilst providing a reusable platform onto which new customers can be deployed. This engagement included both working as the Lead Solution Architect for the core programme and running the wider Design Authority which acted as the central assurance and approval board ensuring all technical solutions meet the business requirements and support criteria. The role required significant engagement with senior stakeholders, with a requirement to negotiate several areas of the contract, including Key Performance Indicators and their associated measures, services within scope and associated key deliverables. Outside of this primary client, the role also required engagement with other major accounts, which included the scoping and definition of Secuity as a Service – providing a shared platform for Serco LG&C clients enabling them to outsource their Information Security Management requirements. The SECaaS service was launched as a formal offering across the customer base, with a number of clients taking the service before leaving this role.
