Formulated and executed sales strategies to drive sales of transmission and storage products throughout North America and Asia with over $19M in worldwide annual revenue. Oversaw all aspects of field sales, inside sales, sales training, meetings and conventions. Led a team of 5 Sales Directors, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), recruiting and training staff, and managing team performance to achieve sales objectives. Drove revenue to $255K in first four months of company’s existence.

Created and managed the relationship with Hanwha Techwin USA and Siemens Building Technologies to land Veracity products as SKU’s.
